Domestic Shipping:

All orders within the U.S. have a flat rate shipping fee of just $5.00! No matter how many items you purchase the shipping fee will be just $5.00 TOTAL for delivery!

All orders weighing over 13 oz. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation for fast and secure delivery!

Discreet Shipping: All items are discreetly packaged in a brown or white unmarked package or USPS Priority Mail Box plainly labeled "THIS STORE", or "Cherie's Closet" with NO indication of the contents.

Discreet Credit Card Charges: appear as "THIS STORE" with NO indication of the types of products purchased or the web site name/address.

No sales tax is collected when you shop with us, except in Florida which is 7%.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon order shipment.

All battery operated products may be tested before being shipped to ensure that they are in good working condition.

Please note that in the event of an extreme catastrophe (weather), we cannot make any guarantees in regards to shipping transit times.

Most orders ship from Florida. Some items may be shipped in separate shipments or from a different location. Items that ship from a separate location do not necessarily ship the same day the rest of your order does. There may be a time zone delay for these orders.

Return Policy:

Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges are accepted. The only exception is in the event of a manufacturer defect. Please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@cheriescloset.com for an exception. Damaged or defective items may be returned for the same item only.

 

International Shipping:

We cannot ship DVDs or Videos to Canada or Australia per their customs laws. Orders with only DVDs or Videos will be canceled. Multiple product orders will be shipped complete without the DVD or Videos.

International orders may require you to pay an import tax dependant upon your countries laws and rates.
